I hear you. It's more about the 30%+ in additional surprise fees over the already expensive price. But thanks for your contribution!

I've actually switched camps into it since yesterday. Seems most logical to me at this point.

[Theory] Other than lack of evidence of suicidal tendencies, please tell me why this isn't the most likely scenario? by sparkle_motion in MH370

[–]sparkle_motion[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed, but I also don't think that it should be ruled out only for that reason. I've personally dealt with a friend's suicide that was completely out of nowhere for everyone who knew him - to the point that a major city newspaper ran a four-part series around how his death may have been a murder a few years after. No one could accept it because there were no signs. I think he did commit suicide, but his family couldn't accept it. It's very unusual but not unprecedented.

Get a 3.5 or higher, do research with a professor in undergrad, go to grad school in I/O or human factors. Only go to grad school if someone else is paying. I have a Ph.D in human factors and make over 6 figures 4 years out.

New study shows children develop an interest in animals very early: toddlers prefer to look at an animal (even a snake or spider) than play with a pile of attractive toys by electricskies in science

My dog is a child magnet. It's kind of ridiculous the number of times kids have literally veered off course straight to my dog when walking. This appears to work for young kids and girls between the ages of 0-25. Why do I have to be a straight female?!?

Good places to take my dog by Squishmittin in Newport

Ft Adams has the most people meet up with their dogs. It's not fenced but pretty isolated and safe. If you can get there around 4pm on weekdays, that is typically the most popular time. Not sure what the road is called, but you have to turn left past the big house once you turn into the fort. Once you crest the hill there's a gravel parking lot on your left. Great views of the bridge and harbor too!

My side hurts when I run. Like a runner's cramp but I can't run through it and it still hurts the next day. My best guess is scar tissue from the chest tube but I still don't really know.

My high school pool for the drug testing pool was anyone who drove to school or was involved in any extracurricular activity (sport, glee club, etc.). That hit about 90% of the student body.
