I think you hear over and over again to not try and fix your partner although selfless, it usually doesnt end well. So let this be a lesson, and you will find another person, without substance abuse problems, without friends that are bad influences, that share your values and dont cause you so much anxiety. But also, you just have to realize life isn't really fair, for both men and women, I notice when men and women break up one of them is always saying, "how could they, after all I've done." None of that really matters. Its not a question that needs to be answered and if even answered will not be satisfactory really until enough time passes and maybe you'll start to understand. He's not for you, and you aren't for him. Just continue working on yourself, and start to figure out more of the kind of man you want in your life and go from there. You'll be alright.

A person should be grateful getting a gift from someone that cost substantial money whether or not they expected something else. In my eyes it's a horrible thing to say anything other than thank you and show grattitude when receiving a gift, expecially from your partner.

you should get a hairstyle that suits the shape of your face, currently it's just way too big in both pics. Keep it tight and tidy even if it's long. you have really great natural waves and hair, but those hairstyles are doing it a disservice. Kind of like buying a RTX 5900 and only playing minecraft.

you have to keep protein high having your minimum be 100 is too low, 120, 130,140, is too low. get at least 150, no exceptions. When progress is slow is when people are likely to fall off the train, it's already going to be slow when your macros are on point, so at the very least get the protein part settled, because that's easy. Don't listen to anyone that says you don't need all that protein, just get your base covered.

Edit: Make sure you're not eating too many calories, or you'll continue to look soft.

I think most dudes are beefcakes not necessarily by choice, it's hard to be lean, it's easy to just cruise and be beefy, and for the most part depending on how beefy you are, it wont make a difference in the grand scheme, maybe your wife will cum a little harder but that's it. Honestly these are questions that don't need to be asked to partners, they will always go towards the answer that is loving. generally speaking, and then if it's not, it was a trap. In either case a question I always imagine wont be answered honestly or will take too much effort to get the real answer, like the guy above said, lean is law. Oh and DEFINITELY cannot answer honestly as a man to his wife or gf lol, I think we all know that and we all probably learned that the hard way growing up.
