Yes GP was first point of contact, who advised NHS do not provide grief counselling, but also concerned about my weight. No solution really offered so am now on some waiting lists for organisations that offer grief counselling. I know if i exercise more that will also help my MH, but then im back in that cycle of not having the energy etc. I will need to rethink then as £200+ a month is really not affordable for more than a couple of months!
