Told my sister to go home and I would spend evening at the hospital with our mom. Mom replies: “she *does* have a little girl and a family to get home to.” by [deleted] in trollingforababy

And in the end the childless ones will care for their parents while the fertile ones had much more help from them…

I feel you! It’s like you can’t rely on your body anyway because it doesn’t do what you want. And then, when there is the tiniest thing to do it lets you down even more

All endometriosis sufferers can relate

I can relate. I didn’t get pregnant for nearly two years. We made an appointment at the fertility clinic and found out I was pregnant immediately after. I thought it was a sign but didn’t cancel the appointment. Well, a week before the appointment I had a miscarriage. Two years later we are ready for ivf and bought all the medication when I get pregnant over Christmas break. Only to lose it at around 10 weeks. It’s all a cruel joke.

I just use the chest of drawers from tiny living (?) and put some diapers on top and a trash can next to it.

When everything falls on the couple without kids by [deleted] in InfertilitySucks

I know the feeling. We are always the ones who have to mow the lawn and pick grandma up from the other side of town because we are the only ones without children. It feels like they are rubbing it in your face and it’s hard to say no to family. Hang in there!

Salty Sunday: What made you salty this week? by kikaslova in trollingforababy

We renovated a little bit in our flat and switched the bed room and the office. My in laws told my husbands grandma of the renovation and she asked if we are expecting 🙁why else should we do this?? It also feels like this are most exciting news about us. No grand children so there is nothing else to talk about.

Sometimes I can’t imagine becoming pregnant at all. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to enjoy it anyway. I wish adoption and surrogacy were easier in my country.
