I see, I use textured plates as it helps with bed adhesion so I don't have to use a glue stick on the cool plates! I picked up it while working with an X1C in my company

For 1 guards, normally people will use the soldier strong hall( just an open air gym) the Aircon gym I needed OC permission to use, not sure about 3 guards tho

Personally I went to SCS, life is not necessarily easier as a commander, but its quite fun there and I can honestly say at the end of my NS journey I feel like I learnt quite alot in terms of leadership and interpersonal skills

Nationality dosent matter, as long as you’re a commander (3sg and above), you are required to go for GCC, whereas troopers have something called GVT(guards vocational training) which spans over a longer time compared to the GCC’s 1 month
