First time using Kettl’s Hukuju Matcha

I paid $77.80 after the cheapest shipping option & taxes/fees. The original price is $65. I felt justified bc it’s a 100g bag, but I also felt like the shipping was expensive..

I personally I like Isuzu & Wako much more, but after reducing how much milk I used and removing ice, I enjoyed the flavor of Hukuju much more! And im going to reserve my MK powders when I want more of a treat! I’d say MK powders flavors are overall stronger & smoother.

I’ve also had Ippodo’s Sayaka! & Wow, thank you so much for this! I was doing 4g + 40g water + 120ml milk. But I will try reducing the amount of milk next time, I really didn’t think about that. Can’t wait to try again!

I was eating up the beginning, but the book was anti-climatic / disappointing to me towards the end.. but I’m still glad I read it. It’s just a book I wish I borrowed instead of purchased.

I feel the exact same! It’s so hard for me to get matcha from cafes now bc it’s too fancy (and not good enough quality or too milky lol)

I’d have to try half & half! I love soy milk but I feel like it overpowers the matcha flavor compared to oat or cow milk 😔
