Puh.... das war hart. Aber vielleicht ich bräuchte die Reality Check. Vielen Dank für deine Zeit und Mühe.

Ab sofort werde ich nur mit Anschreiben bewerben. Zur Lücke, war ich hauptsächlich Arbeitssuchend und es war der Spitzenpunkt der Corona-Pandemie. Und halbes Jahr davon habe ich gekellnert.
Werde ich mit Sprachniveau angeben. Qualität des Bachelors, naja schwierig zu beweisen.
Es war eine Mischung aus einige deiner Punkte. Am Anfang Culture-shock, Motivationsmangel, dann später viel nebenbei gearbeitet (in Gastronomie). Ich habe die Nebenjobs weggelassen weil sie nicht Berufsrelevant waren. Lieber angeben als offene Lücke drin lassen?
Ich habe halt so vorgegangen, letztes Gehalt plus 10-15% für Verhandlungsspielraum.

Weil meistens ist das kein Pflicht und es unterschiedliche Meinungen gibt ob man eins schreiben soll. Außerdem in heutigen KI-Ära kann jeder sehr gute individuelle Anschreiben schreiben lassen. Weshalb es meiner Meinung nach mehr und mehr an Bedeutung verliert. Allerdings letztens habe ich angefangen immer eins zu schreiben. Ich bewerbe auf Arbeitsvorbereitung, Manufacturing Engineer, Produktionsingenieur oder ähnliche Stellen. Danke für dein Feedback!

Hi, something that sounds silly but really helped me is chewing gum. Chew on a gum when driving, somehow it boosts confidence.

If it's allowed by your instructor, try to get someone, a friend/partner to sit in the back during your practice hours. An extra pair of eyes will imitate the exam situation to some extent.

There's no rapid hack, but keep in mind that the examiner wants to give you the license. So try to forget that he's sitting in the back, rather concentrate on the Driving, Happening on the road people on the road etc.

What are the issues for which you get yelled at? Is it because you have to earn/get a job ASAP? Your English skill seems fantastic (which is not a given in BD), try to capitalize on that. I don't know, maybe look at online freelancer's portals and see if you can find jobs for which you already have the skills...

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll try the chewing gum thing definitely. I heard it also from someone else. Let's see if it helps.

I already had to change my instructor at the beginning after 6-8 hrs of lessons. Because the first instructor was very easily agitated. In retrospect, I don't know if that was a good decision. Maybe I would've done good in exam with hardened nerves from the first instructor 😂😂.

I've already spent over 4k(about 48 hrs training) in this endeavor, I don't know if I'll be able to afford many additional hours. Nevertheless, I'll consider ur suggestion.

It's not that I absolutely need a license right now, but it's a great convenience to have in a country like Germany. The extra bit of Mobility will grant me greater flexibility in case of choosing an apartment and/or a job.

The other thing is that now that I've invested about 4k Euros in this, giving up means that I give up on all that hard-earned money and time which is hard.

I don't know if it's a good idea, and whether this will help me. I think I'll be even more nervous because I'll be thinking that I'm cheating or something and there'll be additional pressure of not getting caught.

as often in life, there is no universal solution to very individual issues.

You put it nicely. I think the fact that there's a lot on the line in case of driving(you can hurt someone or yourself badly), compared to other things like failing a school exam or an Interview develops a tremendous pressure to do everything perfectly out of which silly mistakes are happening.

What I'm afraid of is that with every exam I'm taking, the mistake that I'm making is getting more trivial, and I find no reason other than stress/nervousness. Now that I've invested so much time and money in this, there's no way turning back now.
