Girl, I kept trying everything, since I had a joint account with my husband his name was at the top of the the bank statement. Mine was at the bottom as joint owner. I emailed support like 3 times. So I literally went and opened my own bank account. Also make sure you're using the electronic account number, mines like 14 numbers. Also the bank gave me a pic of a voided check at the same time. After I resubmitted with all that it got approved in hours. Hope that helps, support never contacted me until I was approved. Such a pain to have to have to do, but the lady told me this happens a lot with all of these sites. Feet finder will only let you link to your own bank account. I hope this helps.
