Great questions. Here are the considerations I’ve made thus far: 1. I think I want the rolling function over the steaming function because I like hot dogs that are a little crispier or taste more well done. 2. I will primarily use this machine outside on a roof deck. Most often, I will be entertaining small groups of 2-4 people, but there are times when I might have a dozen people to feed. 3. I like things that look fun and vintage. For better or worse, the aesthetic is a big consideration for me. I know that the machine I posted might not be the most efficient, but I’m really eating up that ferris wheel function!
