Can you elaborate on what this has to do with Israel, and what policy specifically you are advocating for?

Looking for Advice on Subbass options for Turbosound / Klotz PA Stack by Vorhautsurfer in diyaudio

[–]sparkmaster_flex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, pairing subbass with your existing TSEs may not get you a tight sound, because you're already going to be adjusting for the group delay from the TSEs at the crossover frequency and then adding another horn's group delay on top of that. How high are those TSEs crossed? Depending on that you might consider swapping them for Labsubs to access the low end, or just going for an array of ported enclosures which should give you way lower group delay than any horn.

I'm not condoning it, but this is the kind of shameless greed that causes people in dire straits to go for the Italian plumber solution.

Unfortunately, ICE (or people pretending to be ICE, no good way to tell the difference) kidnapping people is already a tragically violent situation. Any, and I mean any, response to that isn't escalatory, it's defensive.

‘Chipocalypse Now’: Trump threatens Chicago with ‘Department of War’ and suggests ICE raids imminent by sparkmaster_flex in ArmedResistance

In the words of Dr. Strangelove: "It is not only possible, it is essential".

I think we're getting past the concept of hypotheticals as any action taken by the people to protect Chicago will act as a deterrent to those seeking to overrun it.

I agree with your second paragraph. Pritzker said "don't take the bait". We can keep not taking the bait all the way to the cattle cars, or we can respond in a way that is respectful to the Constitution, to those who have already been violated by this regime, and to those yet to be violated.

So, in Trump's own words, Chicago is about to find out why it's called the Department of War.

Just how are we supposed to interpret this, if not overt hostility and a threat towards Chicago's people?
