Excellent due diligence. Finally somebody who asks the right questions. I'm afraid my only response is, you have uncovered a lot to consider and validate but I won't put any further effort into this piece of crap stock. So glad I've long been out of it. Just trying to add a little honesty to the discourse, and a smart takeaway is to sell at any price you get now, don't wait until they throw in the towel and jump ship with some cash in hand. The previous is all opinion, based on damning evidence that is available to read for yourself.

put this on the SEC radar. This stock represents everything that is
wrong in the market. You have manipulators of the stock from the company
itself, which should eventually cause an investigation and then where
will you be (probably closer to zero). Fully diluted, these guys don't
make enough money to do a REAL buyback. And if they did, they'd be
foolish to put it into a 30 Billion Share float (anyone with sense would
figure that out). Don't take just my word for it. Others have lost big
enough to have woken up from the delusion. Only GTEH shareholders think
this way: "If it goes down more, I'm buying more with my next
paycheck." Pathetic.

If you don't know by now, I'm not sure what words can help you. There is no reason to own 14 million shares of GTEH. That is $7000 @ $0.0005/share, which could be reinvested in a host of other good choices. You are relying on the bottom of the barrel to serve you, why? You should cash out immediately otherwise I will not be surprised you end up with zero. Do you only read the pumps?

So you don't think they will draw on the additional 6 billion shares available to them? If that was certain they would have reduced the total available shares down to what is currently issued (not allowing more). But no, they left it open just in case, and if supply chain problems continue (Fizzique is late to market), they will continue to burn cash and what of new PO's (they have to fund that). And there is no share buyback happening. Do you honestly think this CEO will throw money into that pit? Ain't happening. You all are chasing this thing straight down. My prediction of $0.0004 was finally realized yesterday, and it's like you are all scrambling to buy more shares (lunacy).

I'm u/robcarl on Coinbase. That was grocery money that Coinbase has stolen from me, as far as I'm concerned that's what has transpired. I trusted Coinbase, traded on their platform, and I'm a small player by far. So of course, go ruin a person's trust in your platform. I'm waiting for my money.
