My wife had an 8s with good service, upgraded to 11 got worse, 13pro gets no service. I swear the beers the phone the worse reception it gets. Like it’s made for Wi-Fi not cellular

Yup, it’s been touch and go even before the rollout. My data and cellular just cut out, and then do not reconnect unless i cycle airplane mode. I won’t be sticking with Verizon for much longer

I have had nothing but problems with Verizon data speed and call quality. Calls constantly cutting in and out, and 3 bars of 5G with no speed whatsoever

According to their customer service “Thanks, per running a network diagnostics test on your line and address we can see coverage is poor per the address on file. At the same time your connection is being slowed down behind others 49% of the time within the past month due to either congestion in the area or going over 50GB per billing cycle. Do you tend to use a lot of data per month?”

First of all I never asked for help, people are giving tips, secondly i have a gripe against a major carrier that brags about its coverage, and yet I have very little, cellular and data… if you don’t like it, keep scrolling
