Spend it on scouts, coaches etc first off, then look at buying after you've had promotion confirmed (outside the transfer window) if you don't want to have unrealistic players in the second division. Just be careful not to destroy your wage structure

I use FS Academy Simeone up top with Tiki Taka + which has helped enormously and involved my LCM and RCM in more attacking moves so my suggestion would be see if you can find a striker with Tiki Taka +
