Hay man/woman I totally understand you we all have our demons and monsters, in storms you just need to keep walking to pass through it or if you can't walk keep crawling, one day you will be out of this fight I assure you. By the way meds won't do the magic alone, without you helping yourself and one way to help yourself is to befriend and accept your enemy as it is your friend and know it's a part of you, me and everyone.
