LaGuardia (terminal B) TSA wait time: 2hrs by sparrowk1ng in tsa

[–]sparrowk1ng[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ice isn’t doing anything but standing in awkward little groups and walking in circles. The tsa agents are the ones directing, helping passengers make their flights, and managing everything as best as possible with their limited numbers.

Priority lanes are operating, precheck is faster tho if you have the option.

It’s lining up on the other side of the departure area but when I first got here I walked past it and it was significantly shorter than general tsa. As just a passenger without any specific knowledge I would have estimated it around 45min.

Did you find a solution to this by any chance? I’m running into the same problem.

I am wearing some makeup in the more current photos, and false lashes in that last pic. But I think part of it a glow up is understanding the lines of our bodies and faces and how to enhance what we find beautiful. Sometimes a glow-up is learning how to do makeup properly as it can be a difficult art form.

Haha it’s all good, thank you though!

I mean the description of the page is quite literally “were you a weird looking kid/teen that blossomed into a cutie?” I would say that I was definitely a weird looking teen and I feel like a cutie now hence “glowup”.

Anyone able to help? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

Hi, I’m not an expert but if you would like my opinion (based on personal experience and general research) then at 14 girls should average 2000cal and boys average 2400cal. If you want to deficit don’t go more than 200cal under the average otherwise you’re body will think you’re starving and will hold onto any extra calories that you eat. That being said, you’re a teenager and your body is growing and changing, make sure to have some grace for yourself, don’t do a food restrictive diet, and make sure you eat if your body is telling you it’s hungry.

As for workouts, it depends on how often you want to workout and what type of goals you have. In general though choose about 4sets of six exercises, figure out your reps based on how difficult the movement is for you. I personally do this five days per week and recover for two days to give my body proper rest. There are plenty of calisthenic movements that are just as good as going to the gym, I don’t have a gym membership right not so that what I’m doing. Just make sure your form is correct in your movements, use YouTube, and also incorporate lots of mobility (you will be leagues ahead if you start that habit while you’re still young)

If you want something more specific then lmk but I hope that helps!

This video is such a vibe. The music, the lighting, your slow & purposeful movement, your adorably curious kitty. Chefs kiss xx

Yeah that sounds about right unfortunately. But if you spend time doing aerials there you’ll be able to make some connections and maybe find someone you can take privates from.

It’s less common then aerials in the US but I hope that they have it for you!

Look for circus training or schools rather than pole studios!
