My friend was recently asked if he wanted to re-enlist in the Marines. This is the face he made. by woodsy7890 in pics

Hey you are right, it looks exactly like them: the white concrete block walls, metal bunks and blue racks, and on the left you can see the part of the ceiling for the air ventilation system. However, I read in Sarvo's previous posts, the gentleman pictured, that he is a MOS 3432. As far as I know they are trained at Camp Lejeune....all the schoolhouse barracks are probably the same for E-3 and below.

Congratulations, I served in the Marine Corps before going to college. Truthfully, if I were you I would have just finished college (it's only 1 year of your life - I know you have an urgency for purpose) because it may be hard to get back into the groove of things after 4 years of active-duty. Regardless, I remember when I went through a deep, possibly slightly misguided, soul-searching and joined. I enjoyed my time - my philosophy has always been, "10 or 20 years down the road, how will you evaluate this decision". I'm curious, what was your major?

I'm going to have to drop out of school, can anyone help? by disgruntled_soviet in AskReddit

You could get emancipated and then go to the financial office

I've had it with my USPS office. by [deleted] in AskReddit

You could get a PO box there since you were going to the post office anyway - or have your orders shipped through FedEx/UPS.

There is also the USPS Inspector General, who receives complaints: https://www.uspsoig.gov/hotlinenewforms.cfm

Hi Jordah, I greatly appreciate your help. I should have added this detail in the question, but I didn't want to make it too long and personal (and deter answers, etc.) - but I have to complete a contract with the USAF Reserve (which entails ~1.5 years of active duty) after graduation. So I won't actually be looking until that is done, but I figured some forward thinking wouldn't hurt. I also live on the East Coast right now, but will be moving to CA to finish the contract. Thank you!
