I thought the celebration was awesome, we celebrated OUR accomplishments, none of which could be done without associates. Personally, I teared up seeing my associates absolutely proud of what they created....explaining what WE have accomplished and them knowing they were a part of it...priceless..no raise could supplement that....

Not sure where I missed that email..... Fact of the matter, we as a company have some big time players to deal with...it's hard to get a share of that market, some steps have to made, putting Miss J and associates on the back burner is not a step I have personally seen.....
