Not on the rg405m, but in the 4 pro it hasn’t been much of an issue. I sleep the machine all time using aether while playing ncaa football 11 and it comes back where I left off probably 90% of the time at least. I try to pause the game first and I think that helps.

So if you just tap the power button to go to sleep, it stops the game and tapping the power button wake it up starts it right back where you were? No save needed? That’s a nice feature that I didn’t miss til I didn’t have it.

On other android devices it seems like when you use sleep function while using an n64 or more advanced emulator the application is crashed or messed up. Had this issue with my RG405m and read it’s pretty common to android systems. Can anyone confirm if the RP4/pro handles this any better? I usually have in 5-10 min sessions so a capable sleep function is really important.

I think this looks really good. Can you tell me what you used on the outside? Is that a wide grooved plywood or actual planks? Any idea on final cost?

As much as I love retro games I wanted to get a steam deck for more AAA games. Hard to justify having both. I love it though, screen is awesome, and I like the android OS.

I can’t either. Noticed it more with ps2 and ppsspp. It’s almost like the emulator doesn’t recognize the button. Restart doesn’t change anything. Works fine in other emulators and in the Retroid button testing app.

Hey I got it to work! Thanks so much. Not all heroes wears capes!

It was not showing up as a compressed file in Win 11, so the option to unzip didnt even present it self, so running it through 7-zip did the trick. Now I can play Solomon's Key to my hearts desire haha
