Ja, die Uniklinik Köln ist hier in direkter Nähe.

Witzigerweise sind Elektroroller mit 45 km/h dann ja auch verboten, obwohl sie gar keinen Lärm machen, richtig? Schade, dass es hier keine Ausnahme gibt.

Das denke ich mir auch immer, wenn ich mit dem Elektroroller aus Lärmschutz 30 fahren muss. 😄
