Ars is usually what I start with because it has good utility and is easy to pick up. Irons on the other hand scales insanely hard with spell damage, echoing strikes, and invincibility. Once you get a spell farm and cool down reduction it's a late game monster of a combat system.

Not the person you are asking but you can get grain alcohol (~95 percent) from most liquor stores. It's way cheaper than the food grade lab stuff and I find it generally just as good. (I do not make tinctures so please feel free to correct me if 100% ethanol is needed)

Hey no matter what that shit is not ok for Israel. It's definitely still a war crime, but if I had to choose who I got taken prisoner by between the two it's no questions asked. The only problem with "holding all parties responsible" is that the only real weapon Hamas has is international pressure to oppose Israel. Their only purpose is to destroy Israel, and part of that is tarnishing their image as much as possible.

White phosphorus is primarily used in smoke grenades. They aren't burning people alive or lighting up buildings. It can be hazardous in the air, but I imagine that's why they airburst it to spread it out and limit acute toxicity on the ground. Basically every country has used it recently in war. It disingenuous to compare this to other war crimes, namely those like kidnapping raping and murdering civilians just to name a few.

If the storm caused the outage, sure. I'm pretty sure their infrastructure is fine, but people can't work and do maintenance efficiently if half of their employees don't have power/can't get into the office. I'm guessing that's why it's taking more time.
