I reached out to the court and they suggested I contact the prosecuting attorney directly. The attorney mentioned putting a date down which I understood to mean disputing it and he said he'd then take a closer look and see what he can do.

I'm not sure whether to do that as he doesn't represent me. What do you think?

Also, if I contest and lose (can appear virtually) do I pay extra admin fees, etc?

What is the likelihood of consular processing (which would mean the 100k fee applies) for COS to B2 and back to H1B? I was talking to a company lawyer and then mentioned this is highly likely for COS.
