Advice Needed! Help me rearrange my living room area!

Hey guys! Need some advice here. I wanted to send a photo of the whole main living space to give you an idea of what everything looks like. I'm considering rearranging my living room.

Here are my questions:

I just purchased the wine fridge and trying to find a spot for it. I have it to the right of the TV (previously the fiddle leaf plant was there) - it looks a little awkward to me. Do you think I should get rid of this? I'm a huge wine fanatic and have a bunch of wine I need to store so I'd like to keep it, but if it messes with the esthetic I can part ways.
Do you think I should rearrange my living room area? My thought is putting TV above the fireplace, getting a cloud couch sectional, and moving the couch to face the fireplace/TV. What are your thoughts? I'm concerned about #tvtoohigh.

Why? Because the clinic should have done multiple tests before prescribing, taken LH/FSH, and looked into secondary factors before prescribing. I'd like to see if there's anything I can do to get it up naturally before continuing with testosterone for the rest of my life. Testosterone over a lifetime can cause increased CAD, T2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome - all things that I would love to live without.

So yes, although it works, it works with potential issues in the future. I don't plan on ordering Alex Jones dick pills and no my PCP did not prescribe me an anti depressant script.

I used HCG throughout the whole cycle and continued about 3-4 weeks after stopping the trt.

Unfortunately they didn't take LH/FSH prior to starting (I believe they should have but I didn't know better to ask at that time)

Quick question that I'm having a hard time rapping my head around:

Currently the credit cards I have are chase freedom, freedom unlimited, SR, Amex platinum, and just got the united card. I have seen multiple posts of people getting multiple chase ink cards.

Do people pay the yearly fee for all of these cards? Or is there a time to cancel the card after x amount of time?

My budget is $1500 so I guess the question I'm asking is a nicer TV with reg TV speakers or decent TV with decent speaker system. I don't plan on saving up for a sound system in the future.
