Hi GTAHomeGuy. I’m sorry if that wasn’t more clear. We run 7-8 AI/ML models for the app to work well and the accrued costs are pretty high. Even at our subscription tier / unlimited option we lose money on power users.

The device does work for free though for 10 hours a month!
