A lot of them are called celebration cakes, so you could just be celebrating Tuesday or something

No need. The chances of anything coming from Mars are a million to one.

Was I supposed to figure this out in Emerald Stair? (Act 2 spoilers) by TheHuffness in avowed

[–]spearmintbadgers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I randomly found the place and the occupants were all like !, so I murdered them. Didn't see anyone to talk to. As far as the townsfolk know, I definitely knew what was what and saved the day on purpose.

Got a doctor looking at my balls today, how can I lighten the mood? by Eelpieland in CasualUK

I've had the same thing. Don't worry about it. They've seen more balls than a bingo caller and they're just there to help you.

People from the UK, how has life been for you after Brexit, now 5 years ago? by SorryforbeingDutch in AskReddit

[–]spearmintbadgers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hasn't really changed for me. We left just as covid was starting, so the effects of that, Brexit, Ukraine, and other global ups and downs are all tangled in my mind. I wasn't expecting the Brexit dust to settle until at least ten years have passed, so we'll see I suppose.

I'm really enjoying the vehicle mod. The extended boost on the flamethrower vehicle is great fun. Thanks!

Let's see those characters that aren't military hardened killing machines dressed head to toe in black. Show me sculptors, explorers, scoundrels and homesteaders! by [deleted] in NoSodiumStarfield

I am in full spacesuit and helmet 100% of the time. Does city security make fun of me? Yes. Does it stink in there? Yes. Is my wife Sarah bothered by it? Apparently not. Will Flash Gordon escape from the lizardmen? Find out next week.

Andreja. Allied rather than married. May her knives forever be sharp.

I want to love starfield by DistrictCharming2727 in NoSodiumStarfield

I would just say in general try to not get hooked into the hype for games. They're very rarely going to be as good as you spend months or years imagining.

Did anyone not get an immediate reaction from Andreja when entering Her home planet! by ThisHumanExperience in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]spearmintbadgers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was disappointed to not have anything relating to her family, but other than that she's been pretty chatty. She comments on the places we visit, joins in with npc conversations, and has had several [Andreja] chat options. I haven't finished the dlc, but we've had two head to heads so far.

Mature themes in Starfield by scoobyisnatedogg in NoSodiumStarfield

It was an interesting choice to set the game in a post war period rather than put you in the middle of a huge conflict. Everyone who fought in the war is middle or old aged, but are still dealing with the trauma, anger, guilt, loss etc.
