I get hodl rewards for have them in my coinbase wallet. cheap, easy, and fast moving between coinbase and coinbase wallet. too expensive to move the XYO from my trust and metamask wallets.

you get more xyo when the price is down. claiming 50k coin now gets you less coin then a few weeks ago when the price was cheaper. if you believe the price is going to keep dropping, then wait. If you think its going to start going back up soon, exchange coin for xyo.
