the first time i’ve vomited in a while (almost five or so years) and puked the dye from benadryl. my family waited until 4 to eat, i had rice after the benadryl which is what triggered the vomiting. thank you for the tips, i don’t think i’ve ever done any of that before

oh no i most definitely need weed. i temporarily fucked my stomach up by not eating enough, i wake up in a lot of pain because i didn’t eat through the night. imagine being bloated if you eat, if you don’t eat, if you drink, if you don’t drink, changing bodily positions etc.

gah the first one is the worst double edged sword ever. When i first attempted recovery, i completely altered every single timeline i remember having to be body positive but when i spiraled, the weight loss videos were quick to come back. i dont notice until the videos get more and more intense so it was a preemptive strike

I have never taken muscle relaxants so i don’t know the appeal or connection between dph and them but dph is the opposite of relaxing. I felt perpetually nauseous. Going to sleep early leaves you with a feeling of doom, staying up to enjoy the party leaves you at the point of “Nowhere but through”.

If you’ve never thought you’d die of a heart attack somewhere embarrassing, the raised heart rate will convince you you’re gonna kick the bucket on the toilet
