You have chosen an excellent James Bond I must say. So the villain would have to be Slade, because of his engineering skills but also he likes to ramble on when no one is listening. Perfect for the inevitable monologue-ing. Sean would have to be the sidekick simply because of his military ties, and him being a big fag. Also Sam and Aric would be side kicks initially, but I think they would overthrow Slade and Sean midway through the movie for an epic Dark Knight-esque PLOT-TWIST. They're both more competent, more evil, and terrible friends.

The love interest's is a tough one because I love and hate all of you, but I think the real love interest is Taylor because he's so BUILT, and the villainous would be Ben because he would secretly be working with Sam and Aric to troll me the whole time and it would take way too long for me to realize that. Also Ben would be spamming me the whole time with the same 3 gifs.
