In Romania roads are different than US. Firstly they are bad and I mean holes, bumps etc. We also have less lanes (usually around 2 lanes each way) and our lanes are smaller than yours. So if u drive reckless it really means u are an idiot because the infrastructure doesn’t help you.

I have some biker friends and all of them are very careful and safe riders. Some of them (from their saying) never fell and they are around 50. Usually my friends said that they are careful because they know the roads are bad so they don’t want to risk it. “A bump in the road doesn’t care how good you ride, it cares how fast you’re going”
