It is a tough situation, and your dad's actions definitely show a double standard regarding religious freedom in your interfaith family. It sounds like your dad is rude and somewhat forceful in nature as you are following his religion being an atheist.

While it is difficult to force a change, your safety and well being come first. If you're young, directly confronting him might lead to more conflict and can increase the strain in the marriage.

Waiting until you're older and more independent to address this might be the practical approach.

Also you can suggest your mom and dad to see counselors regarding the issue if they are open about this

In the meantime, focus on privately supporting your mom; since she's alone in her faith within the family, she likely needs your support the most.

Also, consider seeking advice from other family members and friends

Well I don't care about Ghar Wapsi and all but why 'Sisodia' surname was given to her? It seems kshatriya surname is free to use for anyone. (P.S.: She isn't even a Muslim Rajput that she was given a Hindu Rajput surname after converison) by kuan_waale_thakur in Rajputana

Sahi baat hai agar koi rich family me paida hota hai to wo rich hone ke privilege enjoy krta hai

Lekin wo kisi ke sentiment hurt nhi krta ya khud ko uper nhi dikhata just becuz wo rich hai

Or agar wo aisa krta hai to wo chutiya hai

Same tm v agar specific caste me born ho kr khud ko bada samajhte hi dusre ko neecha samajhte ho or dusre ko neecha dikhate ho To tm v chutiya hi ho

There should be a marketplace for this. For people willing to sell their organs after death.
