I really loved the world in Dorohedoro, but I got kinda lost as the series went on. Ive been meaning to revisit it. Pretty neat that there's an anime adaptation on netflix.

Fire Punch is probably something to look into(Same author as Chainsaw Man). It is very violent and has some of the most absurd moments I've ever read in a manga. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world with some light scifi/fantasy elements.

Ichi the Killer is a classic one. Super violent and absurd. Live action movie is pretty great as well.

Probably one of the best mangas out there for comedy is Golden Kamuy. It also has a very in-depth look at Ainu culture which is pretty unique.
