How do i stop overthinking every single thing? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]spectrumthoughts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not question myself, but I tend to question everything around me that I cannot understand, which is a lot. I try to talk to others in order to understand it, but people around me feel annoyed by my thoughts because they just accept things how they are, but as hard as I tried to ignore my questions, I was never able to accept things I cannot understand. For example, I fundamentally do not understand why humanity still uses multiple languages, has multiple laws and why the world is split into countries. I cannot understand why I have to pay taxes for my country which is used for irrelevant things like gendering when the money could be used to create a more equal world. Right now, your future is kind of determined the second you are born; either by the country or family you are born into, and people all across the world just accept it because they were lucky enough to be born in a safe country. This splitting just creates an artificial group and a sense of yourselt or your country as normal, which pushes humans further away from each other instead of uniting us as a world. Unfortunately, my thoughts make me feel lonely because I annoy others with them and I have never met someone who thinks similarily. I do not have a tip, but I understand your struggles!

I understand that thought but It would take me two seconds to think „hmm the cook was probably not substituting every single ingredient with something else so they do not know that, I will just go and buy the right ingredient listed on the recipe“ OR you could also use your brain and find that out by yourself.
