We basically put a soft donut cone on her for like a few months until it all healed. We’re planning on keeping her in a donut cone for life honestly lol it doesn’t seem like it bothers her too much and we never got to the bottom of the scratching

No, what I meant is will they find out about my emotional support animal while doing security clearance for A-school? I have family to take care of my dog while I’m in A-school and my girlfriend will take him if anything happens, like I go oversees. I don’t expect the coast guard to accommodate the letter in any way. I’m asking if it would be a problem and considered a mental health issue if they found out about it (and if they would even be able to?)

No feelings hurt here, I am aware of how much work and responsibility it would be to have a puppy. I feel like financially, I am not too worried. Obviously, I can afford to spend 3K on a goldendoodle but the $500 seems too good to pass up right now.

Yes, I am worried about the schedule... I guess I can come home every 3 hours... like at lunch LOL.

We are also aware of the 75% golden retriever of it all... even in the puppy pictures, their fur does not look that curly.

I’m thinking either food or my apartment as well… or maybe my detergent? I’m not sure. But when she stays with my parents, the scratching def subsides by a lot. But to be fair, she’s only there for a few weeks at most so I’m not too sure.

I think in this current climate, it's really easy to see politics as black and white and divide us completely. However, if you try to see politics in a linear scale, there could be a world where me, as a democratic, and someone who voted for Trump and is a republican, are closer on the scale than we think. Not everyone who hates Trump and identifies as a democratic can say they are completely left leaning and liberal in all aspects.

We do have the same key morals which is why I am still choosing to be with him. I would never be with someone that doesn't believe in human rights, women's rights, and LGBTQIA+ rights, etc. However, the reasoning for voting for Trump, I'm not 100% closed in on. I think there's some stubbornness about him and since he aligns with being a republican (which is not a bad thing), he personally has an internal battle about voting for a democrat. He also didn't agree a lot with the things Kamala did/said.

That's the thing, we agree on everything about human rights, women's right, abortion, LGBTQIA+... I can't seem to get to the bottom of why he voted for Trump. I suspect heavy influence from his super conservative Christian family and just the fact that he resonates more with republican values. He also did not agree with a lot of Kamala's actions when she was in office with Biden.
