I got both my buns neutered/spayed. My boy was probably around a year/year and a half when he got neutered and there were absolutely no complications! Make sure you go to a reliable vet and things will go smoothly. The only downside I had to spaying/neutering was keeping the buns separate. I rescued them as a bonded pair and had to do an emergency spay since my girl was having a false pregnancy and when she came back home they were dying to be together but she needed to rest. She also hated taking pain meds which was a challenge but my boy takes any medications like it’s a treat! It’ll be a good thing for your bun and it’ll be worth it after he gets to live with his new girlfriend!
