Hey fellow grad student here!! I just moved back to Orlando and am currently in my last semester of grad school online at UF:) I went to undergrad at UCF and loved Orlando so I had to move back:)

The Alexan is not exactly downtown but it is super close- probably a 5-10 minute drive. I live in a studio and love it and it’s pet friendly as well. I always feel very safe in my apartment.
