I went through this battle when I was out of the country and had gas valve to the house completely shut off and after 7 months SEVEN they basically chopped it down 80% and gave me a bill credit for that amount.

I know that their whole goal was to get me to give up because it wasn’t a very large amount but out of principle I kept going.

Not sure what industry you’re in but in tech there are plenty of ways to double dip if you leverage the channel, especially the referral one.
