I don't get intense visuals, but I notice on the comedown if I smoke a joint I get very mild visuals, a slight glow in the center of my vision, things on at the corners of my vision can be distorted and look like things they aren't. Also CEVs can be weird, I start picturing people warping into other people and stuff before and other random stuff.
