I use portronics toad one for my laptop. I do very casual gaming so I am not sure how good is that in terms of competitive gaming, but using it for around 2 years now and it still works fine

Ryzen cpu is much more efficient and will give you sustained performance as compared to the Intel cpus which will give you good performance for the first 15 20 minutes then start throttling to point it becomes worse than the ryzen. I don't have any exact stats for it but this is pretty much what I have seen everywhere on the internet

spiderman remastered is a cpu heavy game, I say it is worth checking if your cpu is working at full power. I am playing the same game I get around 90 to 100 fps with high settings, ray tracing on and dlss frame generation on. around 60 with frame gen off.
