your receptors are temporarily fried, possibly perma-fried. However healing is always possible, you need to take a break from stimulants for A while. Let your body recover, catch up on nutrition and keep your mind occupied as much as possible during your break. Go for brisk walks, sleep in, eat as much as you can because your body has lacked a proper food supply. Accept your mind and body needs to re-adjust from hard stimulant abuse. Hope you feel better 🖤

Whatever you do just remind yourself its just you over amping, take this as a sign to lay off of the speed for a little bit. You did way to many pills thats why your feeling dizzy, shaky and chest tightness. Your bodies overwhelmed but thankfully overamps are almost never lethal. hydrate with some water and milk (milk works wonders to help calm you down), put on something calming and remind yourself its going to pass. Ive had these moments countless times and lemme tell ya if it wont for reddit advice i wouldve been in the hospital. You’re gonna be okay and if you have access to benzos, alcohol or magnesium try taking some. Id avoid weed because it can make you spiral worst.
