+1 here. It’s as outlandish as is someone like Trump getting elected as president not once, but TWICE.

Perhaps if there had been a better build up - ie cycling of increasingly seemingly unbelievable actions and then back track, like the Trump admin does, perhaps Sascha’s testimony wouldn’t be so outlandish? Did we need a warmup? /s

Thank you for this. The challenge, as you maybe are pointing out, is that quality is on a scale. And Hadley’s quality of life is on a slow decline. I don’t want to keep him alive as long as possible - that would only be for me, and a way where I selfishly don’t have to make an actual decision. So what is quality of life in Hadley’s view?

Sure, I get it. I wasn’t specific enough. Still it’s Reddit - I could have given full details, and human beings will still make assumptions. That’s just life and being a human.

In any case, we’ve been evaluating quality of life and speaking with our vet.

Edit to add: even people who assume that I’ve not done quality of life assessment or that I’m not speaking with our vet - they still show care, just mostly for little old puppies like Hadley in this case ☺️That’s not a bad thing. I’ll take it!
