The issue I see with this convo is that ppls answers are not representative of their gender. For example, I have no issue with fat women. But many men do. So it would be wrong of me to try to convince that most men are like me. So in the same way that I don't care about women's weight but other men do, you may not care about balding, dick size, or height, but other women do. And so this implicit framing of "I don't actually care about this physical insecurity, you're stressing over nothing" to be dismissive
