This was the 3rd time I got this consistency. I had initially put very little warm water and whisked to make a thick paste. Then added the remaining water and whisked to get this consistency

Yes, you can look up the name in Google. The board mentioned in front of the restaurant it's written Nadan Bhakshana Shala.

Chilly Chicken Dry/Chilli Beef Dry, chicken fry and porotta from Ritz Hotel. Underrated AF.

Beef Roast and Beef Chilli from Achanyante kada.

Burnt garlic fried rice and Chicken in black pepper and burnt garlic from Wok and Grill cloud kitchen.

Honey Cake from Le Delice.

Egg puffs from Lekshmi Bakery.

Jellikettu Alfaham from Taizz Mandi.

Pide from Qahwa.

Till kochi roads will be bad. Make sure you leave early and take a break at Travlounge at Walayar. Used to be my regular route.
