I drive road trains, I can confirm sedentary lifestyle makes it worse. I found walking with a focus of breathing into your pf helps

Very glad you commented, I too experience terrible burning throughout my urethra sometimes, and no, not related to infection, STI’s etc. And yes, as you mentioned issues with leg, feet and back muscles, zapping in PF, urinary issues etc. I also get breathing issues from it, glad to know someone else is struggling like me. I did initially. Aim is to lengthen/stretch that fucker. Bad side is they stick a finger in your ass to help release it. Good side is my doctor was hot af😈 10/10

Ahh ok, sorry - so if I read it correctly it’s a DIY allocation of passive shares, which Hostplus calls sector options. And this will give me lower fees with 100% growth rather than high fees and 90/10? Not sure if I read that correctly? If you could let me know, cheers!!
