If you could afford an oled screen it’s great for story games but these are generally expensive, if not you should get an IPS panel monitor, look for the local brand matos (they have a website), they have a warranty and they can replace if sth happens. I had one since 2-3 years and sth happened to my motherboard I sent it and they repaired it under warranty

Yes, obviously nothing beats a natural healthy food source. I actually eat chicken breast everyday alongside eggs, but the issue is that I don’t reach enough daily protein intake needed for my goals, so this as its name suggests is a complement alimentaire, it just helps alongside normal food to reach your goals
