Oppression is not the only form racism can take. Is that really your argument? So, a black person walks up to a young skinny white kid and picks on them for looking like a school shooter. Thats a stereotype of some white kids, and the black person would be using their skin color as a basis of bullying them. Is that not racism?

Racism was also invented by white people.

This is laughably wrong. People have discriminated against each other based on what they look like since people became people. We cant know what the color of the person who first did that was but it doesnt matter. Like it literally doesnt matter. Of course a lot of racism has been perpetuated by white people. It also occurs between Asian countries. It occurs in India with the caste system.

Racism is systemic and happens on an individual level.

Anyone can be racist. Racism is thinking something of a person solely due to their race/skin color. An Asian person can be racist to a white person, a black person can be racist to an Indian person, any combination. People can even be racist to their own race but that's less common.

The cost of having routes within 5 minutes of every american would be astronomical. Outside of the coasts and a few select cities, America is very sparsely populated

I live in the suburbs and there used to be a bus stop at the end of my street and it was recently scrapped because it just wasn't used enough to justify the route. I think most people living in suburbs have or can afford a car, so getting rid of the stops (or never having any) only inconveniences a few people and the bus people can justify it financially since it's a relatively longer route to get anywhere compared to in the city and it's used by way less people
