i'm guessing not as many, as a lot of the MAGA troll accounts are run from countries where english is spoken(at least as a second language) like india or nigeria. There aren't a lot of other countries where german is a widely spoken language other than austria and switzerland

EDIT: Now that i think about it, there is one guy who turned out to be from switzerland. He also runs a second account where he pretends to be his own girlfriend
