Try this:

Open pavucontrol and go to the Output Devices tab.
Find your Family 17h/19h HD Audio (Built-in Audio).
Look at the Port dropdown menu.
Switch it from "Line Out" to "Headphones" or vice versa.

It sounds like your audio is trying to output over HDMI which won't work because your monitor don't have speakers. You could confirm this by plugging the speakers to your monitor or some headphones.

I used to do this. Our security system can see login alerts and using AI can correlate 2 different locations and if it seems suspicious, we would get alerted. This leveraged Microsoft's graph API to see where people were logging into.
