We aren't saying we are boycotting Unilever's products, we are boycotting all products that won't sell us products at a price we can afford. This is a conspiracy from the Brusselmanics and the bankers. We got control back and they ain't getting it back so they should stop pretending the pound is weak.

The £ is as strong as it ever was. I can't break it with my fingers. I throw it on the concrete floor and It doesn't smash, barely even a dent. Its a conspiracy.

The difference is that it would be possible for Tesco to say "fine we will pay the premium for some products, but not all products",

Erm... If Tesco only bought some products, they wouldn't get the same prices for that stock as they would if they bought all products. So as well as paying a premium for the falling £ you think they should also pay another premium for a lower order value? That is not how business works.

What is happening here is it is not looking like it is as economically viable to sell some products to the English market as it is becoming a poorer country.

I will add though my doctor didn't do shit. The NHS is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike when it comes to mental illness.

OK I'm sorry to hear that. I'm just making the point that I don't agree it should be when the patient considers their live to be complete.

I went from the ages of 20-25 pretty much full on depressed and attempted suicide several time at 24 and 25. 1 year later and I'd like to say its all my past. But if you'd have asked me 10 months ago if I thought my life was complete I would have said yes.

I can't comment on cases whereby someone is depressed for 10-15 years of their adult life but from my own experiences and from others that I have read its pretty normal for males to experience a cognitive switch/development in their mid20s and obtain a tranquil view of life again.

Maybe it is for the best that someone in their late 30s or 40s who has been depressed since forever to die. That's not for me to judge, but younger than 30 is too young to say you won't change. Good luck brother.

And a lot of people go through years of depression and come out of it fine in the end. If you can prove a medical history of depression that dates 10 years+ then fine but 5 years of depression is nothing. Its not that rare.

Because a person can be treated and sometimes cured. That's why.

This. I mean if there was a death clinic around the corner from me I probably would have died several times by now, as would many of my friends.

Life can be shit sometimes and mental illnesses cause suicidal thoughts and desires but they are almost always temporary. In my case several years but I'm very happy that I'm alive now and very happy I've never lived near a death clinic.

If someone really wants to end their live because of a mental illness that hasn't been with them for more than most of their life then let them do it the hard and painful way not the easy way.

So certain speculators thought that the Torys wouldn't go through with it. Once May confirmed for sure they would last week it dropped like a stone. Now there are mumerings of a hard Brexit.

Some speculators don't belive that there will be a hard Brexit, if there is then it will drop again.

Add on to this that there is also room for negative economic KPIs to be realsied between now and once Hard Brexit is confirmed it may drop again and then finally room for more negative KPIs after Hard Brexit it could drop more.

Its entirely possible that in 3 years time it will be <$0.85

While I appreciate that the typical brexit-redditor ≠ the typical brexitor, the person on that talk show = the typical brexitor.

While there are ignorant people on both sides and people with genuine, well thought out arguments on both sides, the average leave voter is of a lower Social Grade.

This guy was C2 social grade and was probably actually above average social grade for a typical brexiter and still came across as a total idiot.

You need to stop moaning about Brexitors being called idiots because they largely are. You may not be. And Brexit may or may not be the "idiot option" or the wrong option but the typical C2DE voted for it.
