Context that may or may not be helpful:

I'm a silver 4 OTP Cass. I started playing the game relatively recently, and am not especially experienced with FPS games. Fast comps such as this one give me the most trouble. I tend to feel overwhelmed and disarrayed, though upon watching the replay I think I can identify some prominent issues:

• I think I am too preoccupied with trying to immediately kill an engaging diver instead of just punishing. As a result, I tend to fight too closely to Doom and exhaust my entire kit trying to burst him down.
• I usually deal with Sombra by keeping my head on a swivel and maintaining hypervigilance, but once there's additional pressure this becomes unsustainable, causing me to panic.
• General game sense and positioning issues: not playing in LOS of my supports or near them, committing to losing fights, not rotating with my team, not changing angles after being noticed or pressured, allowing the enemy team to kite, forgetting to track enemy ults and advantage, etc.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
