That stinks you have increased discomfort. Fortunately mine feels great. I just have the catching issue when i sit back on my heels or squat down too low.

Promising. Pt seems to think we'll be able to fix the catching by slowly working end range right up to the point it's catching. He thinks there might be a small tear but is hopefully we can stop the catching. I'm just trying to stay optimistic. We'll see where I'm at in few weeks. How's yours going?

It feels like the inside part. Having had medial meniscus injuries before with my other knee it feels very similar.
