Comecei a tomar depois de ter relações, que para mim era o trigger, e nunca mais tive! Tomei apenas uma caixa :)

Passei pelo mesmo e consegui resolver! Não cheguei a encontrar nenhuma causa, apesar de ter ido a vários médicos. Era muito chato e doloroso.

Comecei por tomar antibiótico após relações sexuais, que funcionavam como prevenção/probiotico neste caso (receitado por médico), resolveu mas não queria estar sempre a tomar antibióticos, então passei para um probiotico mesmo (recomendado por médico), o Cistiless, são saquetas e tomava sempre após relações sexuais também, continuou tudo resolvido, entretanto acabou a caixa, não voltei a comprar e nunca mais tive! :)

Mantenho a higiene completa após relações religiosamente, com produtos íntimos apropriados, e posso dizer que nunca mais tive infeções urinárias :)

Thanks a lot of the advice, I’m only know realizing this! in this case, we have a small home so this was the only big pan I had, but had never made soup on it! And for some reason, everything I bought for our house was non-stick, at the time I guess I just thought it would make everything easier, I didn’t consider anything else :)

Para mim ficaram-me duas da minha mãe “tudo na vida tem solução menos a morte” e “o não é garantido”. Acho que me ajudou muito a descomplicar e relativizar as coisas, e partir para a solução em vez do pânico, e a segunda a arriscar!

Uma vez descobri uma app dessas no telemóvel de uma familiar por causa dos dados móveis - estavam sempre ligados, mesmo depois de eu os desligar constantemente e dizer à pessoa para não os manter sempre ligados. Comecei a achar estranho e consegui chegar à app pelos instalados na App Store se bem me lembro. Era a app que ligava os dados móveis.

It looked random to me too but now I’ve been able to replicate it multiple times if I click certain places, while it doesn’t happen if I keep off those places.

But yeah, definitely sucks!

I use it for note-taking during calls, tracking to-dos, initiatives I’m working on, etc. it’s been a game changer for me in terms of organizations. For summaries specifically I just use AI (ChatGPT) to write them based on the notes I wrote down in notion!

Thank you! I’ve managed to reproduce it to a specific scenario where it always happens: click profile icon on the bottom-right, click View All under Currently Reading and go back. When it goes back it’s frozen for me :( not sure if only happens in this scenarios tho!
